Personal Statement - I am a student, now, who has known for a long time that I wanted to work somewhere in the engineering field. I have found from ACT and WKCE testing that my most suitable field of employment is, in fact, engineering. I am good with numbers, organized, committed, and determined when I set my mind to something that I want. My goals in the future are to be in a successful, stable, and permanent job which pays enough to support a family.
Where will I be in 10 years? - I see myself, in 10 years, being in some sort of engineering related job. Whether it is packaging engineering or not is to be decided by fate.
Resume - I am a hard worker, determined, responsible, an outside-of-the-box thinker, innovative, and creative. I am in a group which some might consider a band, and I play the drums. That being said, I play to my own beat most of the time, forcing myself to think of countless different rhythms on the spot, so as not to get stuck in a rut with a select few. My main interests are music, art, and mechanics. I love drawing, making music, listening to music, or creating contraptions or other small project items.
It Fits Me - The field of engineering is a very broad field. Engineering is, almost literally, everywhere you look. From the annoying alarm clock that wakes you up each morning, to the cloud like pillow you lay your head on to go to bed. But I have always been fascinated with how things work and how things are made. I've always been the kind of kid to sit down, after being bored of listening in class, and draw. I'd draw all kinds of things: from cartoons, to poorly drawn blueprints for something impossible to build.
